Whom to sell?

1. The primary Cardholder should be in the age bracket of 18 years to 60 years

2. The add-on Cardholder should be 18 years and above

3. Income-26 Lakhs and above per annum (Signature) and ₹3 Lakhs and above per annum (Platinum)

4. Applicant must be an Indian citizen.

5. All ETB, NTB & ETCC customers are eligible with good civil score till 1st-21st Feb.
How it works?

1. Watch the training video carefully.

2. Share the link with everyone in your network (friends/customers).

3. When your customer clicks the shared link, they will be redirected to your personalized lead generation page, where they must fill in their basic details..

4. After submitting the details, they will be redirected to Axis Bank's credit card application page to complete the application process.

5. Customers can choose the credit card of their choice from the list of eligible credit cards.

6. Customers must upload the required documents and complete Video KYC within 72 hours.

7. In some cases, a bank executive may visit the customer for income document collection and biometric KYC.

8. Once KYC is completed, the credit card will be dispatched to the customer's given address.

9. Your income gets credited to your linked bank account during the payout cycle.

10. Customers must activate the credit card by making their first transaction within 30 days. If the card is not activated or is cancelled by the customer, a penalty will be charged. (Tracking time: 7 days)

11. Customers must click on 'Complete KYC' and accept all the Terms & Conditions.

12. While completing Video KYC, the following points must be ensured:

* There should be no background noise; a quiet space is recommended.

* Customers must keep PAN card, pen, and blank paper handy.

* Customers must know answers to the security questions that will be asked during VKYC, such as:

* Mobile Number

* Permanent/Aadhaar Address PIN Code

* Communication Address PIN Code

* Date of Birth

* Configurable question (e.g., Father's/Spouse's Name, Mother's Name)

* Profiler Questions (2-3 from the following, with multiple choice options):

* Occupation (Salaried, Self-employed, Retired, Student, Housewife)

* Income (with distinct options, not in ±1 lakh range)

* Credit Card Variant Applied For

* If name match is less than 100% (between 60%-99.99%), additional blocker questions will be asked. If match is below 60%, the case will be dropped.

* If the customer refers to any document while answering, they must show it to the agent on call. If it's a valid OVD (Officially Valid Document), the case proceeds; else, the case will be rejected.

13. You will eam your payout when the credit card is successfully dispatched to the customer.

14. Payout for LIC Platinum Credit Card will be ₹300:

15. There will be no payout for existing Axis Bank customers.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. Complete the process in a single journey.

For Signature Category: Payout of ₹2,000 on successful card activation.

For Platinum Category: Payout of ₹600 on successful card activation.

2. Target Customers:

-Age 18-60 years

-Good Credit Score = 725+

-Monthly Income > ₹20,000 For Platinum.

-Monthly Income > ₹50,000 For Signature.

3. Customers who receive salary in cash will be considered as 'Self-Employed.

4. Provide correct address details. If the current address is different from the permanent address, specify it clearly.

5. Fill in the entire address, not short-forms. Always mention a landmark near the customer's address.

6. Avoid customers with:

* Payment delays or defaults

* Multiple card applications in the past 1-2 months

7. Avoid customers with a utilization of more than 70% on existing credit cards.

8. Check availability of the customer's pincode.

9. Check if the customer is an existing Axis Bank customer-do not process such applications.

10. During VKYC, ensure the customer is within 50 km of their Aadhaar or communication address. VKYC agents will ask verification questions, including:

* Mobile Number

*Permanent/Aadhaar Address PIN Code

Communication Address PIN Code

* Date of Birth

* Configurable question (e.g., Father's/Spouse's Name, Mother's Name)

Additional blocker questions if name match is between 60%-99.99%. If name match is below 60%, the case will be dropped.

* Profiler questions (2-3 from the following, with multiple choice options):

* Occupation (Salaried, Self-employed, Retired, Student, Housewife)

* Income (with distinct options)

* Credit Card Variant Applied For

  • If the customer refers to any document while answering, they must show it on the call. If it's a valid OVD, the case will be accepted; else, it will be rejected.

 

 


### DON'Ts

1. All fraudulent leads will be rejected.

2. Avoid any mismatches between PAN and Aadhaar card details.

3. Customers should not be existing users of the product.

4. Do not submit multiple applications from the same device or number.

5. Residence address and office address should not be the same (for salaried customers).

6. Do not source credit card applications for existing Axis Bank customers.
