Welcome to Supar Bazaar Finance ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://suparbazaar.online/. We provide digital financial services including credit card issuance, savings account management, ECG (Electronic Cash & Gold) products, and related financial tools.

By visiting, registering, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies posted on our site. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Supar Bazaar Finance. They apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other parties who access or use our platform.

📌 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law to use our financial services. By using this platform you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use suparbazaar.online solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with our financial services, subject to these Terms.

Permitted Uses

  • Applying for and managing credit cards, savings accounts, and ECG products
  • Viewing account statements, transaction history, and financial summaries
  • Making authorised payments, transfers, and redemptions
  • Contacting customer support and submitting service requests
  • Accessing educational financial content on the platform

Restrictions

  • You may not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of our services
  • You may not use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers on our platform
  • You may not access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorised to access
⚠️ Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We will provide advance notice where possible.

To access our financial services you must create an account. During registration you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated at all times.

Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, OTP).
  • You must not share your account with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately at shaport.suparbazaar.xyz if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • We will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. Beware of phishing attempts.

KYC Verification

  • Full access to financial products requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as mandated by RBI guidelines.
  • You must submit valid government-issued identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar, or Passport) for verification.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts where KYC is incomplete or documents are found to be fraudulent.

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at our sole discretion if: you breach these Terms; you provide false information; suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; or as required by law or a regulatory authority.

🚫 One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent bans and legal action.

All financial transactions on suparbazaar.online are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise. By initiating a transaction you authorise us to debit the specified amount from your linked account or payment method.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Debit / Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Payment Gateway — Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant)

Pricing & Fees

  • All fees, interest rates, and charges applicable to your products are disclosed during the application or checkout process and in your account dashboard.
  • We reserve the right to revise fees with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
  • Applicable GST and other statutory taxes will be added to fees as required by Indian tax law.

Failed & Disputed Transactions

  • If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount will be reversed within 5–7 business days per RBI guidelines.
  • For disputed transactions, contact us within 30 days of the transaction date to initiate a review.
  • We reserve the right to hold transactions suspected of fraud pending investigation.
🔒 Secure Payments: We do not store raw card numbers. All payment data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners.

Credit Card Services

  • Credit card issuance is subject to credit assessment, KYC verification, and internal eligibility criteria. Approval is at our sole discretion.
  • Credit limits, interest rates (APR), and repayment schedules are disclosed in your Card Member Agreement at the time of issuance.
  • Late payments will attract penalties and may be reported to credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian) as per RBI guidelines.
  • Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately. You are liable for transactions made before reporting.

Savings Account Services

  • Savings accounts are governed by the terms disclosed at account opening, including applicable interest rates and minimum balance requirements.
  • Interest rates are subject to change in accordance with RBI policy. Updated rates will be published on our platform.
  • Accounts inactive for 12+ consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to restricted access until reactivation.

ECG (Electronic Cash & Gold) Services

  • ECG products allow digital accumulation and redemption of gold equivalents. Values are pegged to live market rates and may fluctuate.
  • ECG transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Verify all details carefully before proceeding.
  • Physical gold redemption (if offered) is subject to availability, logistics charges, and additional verification.
⚠️ Investment Risk Disclaimer: ECG products involve market price risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. These are not guaranteed return instruments.

Given the nature of financial services, refund eligibility is determined case-by-case in accordance with applicable RBI and consumer protection regulations:

  • Erroneously Debited Amounts: Refunded within 5–7 business days upon verification.
  • Duplicate Charges: Investigated and reversed within 7 business days.
  • Service Fees (e.g., annual card fees): Generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced unless the service was not rendered.
  • ECG Transactions: Non-refundable once confirmed due to real-time market pricing. Disputes involving error must be raised within 24 hours.
  • Rejected Loan/Card Applications: No fees charged for rejected applications; any upfront processing fees are refunded if explicitly committed at application.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to Support → Raise a Dispute.
  2. Provide transaction ID, date, amount, and reason for dispute.
  3. Our team will acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 15 business days.
📌 RBI Mandate: For unauthorised electronic transactions, we follow the RBI's zero-liability / limited-liability framework as applicable based on the timing and nature of the report.

All content on suparbazaar.online — including but not limited to the name "Supar Bazaar Finance", logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, financial tools, calculators, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of Supar Bazaar Finance or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
  • Our trademarks and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service not offered by us, in any manner likely to cause confusion.
  • Software provided through our platform is licensed, not sold, and is subject to the terms of the relevant software licence agreement.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you, and you hereby assign all rights in such submissions to us.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when using our platform:

  • Fraud & Identity Theft: Impersonating any person or entity, or submitting false or misleading KYC documents.
  • Money Laundering: Using our services to launder money or circumvent anti-money laundering (AML) / counter-terrorism financing (CTF) controls under PMLA 2002.
  • Hacking & Cyberattacks: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data; deploying malware, viruses, or exploits.
  • Scraping & Data Mining: Using automated tools to extract data from our platform without written authorisation.
  • Phishing & Social Engineering: Attempting to deceive other users or our staff to obtain credentials or sensitive information.
  • Market Manipulation: Artificially influencing ECG pricing or engaging in wash transactions.
  • Harassment: Harassing, abusing, or threatening any user or staff member on our platform.
  • Illegal Content: Uploading, sharing, or transmitting content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights.
  • Multiple Accounts: Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions, promotions, or account bans.
🚨 Consequences: Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, recovery of damages, and referral to law enforcement authorities including CERT-In, RBI, and local police.

Our platform may allow users to submit reviews, feedback, comments, or support queries ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you agree that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and it does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, display, and modify your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
  • Your content is accurate, honest, and does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful information.
  • Content must not include personal identifying information of third parties, promotional material, or spam.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without prior notice.

Our platform integrates with and may contain links to third-party websites and services. These include:

  • Razorpay — payment processing (governed by Razorpay's own Terms & Privacy Policy)
  • Google Analytics — site usage analytics with IP anonymisation enabled
  • Facebook Pixel — marketing analytics (consent-based only)
  • CIBIL / Experian — credit bureau services for credit scoring
  • UIDAI / DigiLocker — Aadhaar-based eKYC verification

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Accessing a third-party link is at your own risk. We encourage you to review each third party's policies before engaging with their services.

Note: Third-party services may collect data independently of us. Our Privacy Policy applies only to data we collect directly on suparbazaar.online.

Our platform and all content, services, and products available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Any warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses
  • Any warranty that results obtained from using the platform (including financial results) will be accurate or reliable

Financial information, calculators, and tools provided on our platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. You are encouraged to consult a qualified financial adviser before making significant financial decisions.

Investment Caution: ECG and financial products carry inherent risk. We make no guarantee of returns. Market conditions beyond our control may affect values.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Supar Bazaar Finance, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or services
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data as a result of your own negligence
  • Losses arising from third-party actions, including fraud or cyberattacks

In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand).

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supar Bazaar Finance from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Your privacy is critically important to us. The collection, use, and storage of your personal and financial data is governed by our dedicated Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

Key privacy commitments:

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • Financial data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
  • We comply with the IT Act 2000, SPDI Rules 2011, PMLA 2002, RBI KYC norms, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure is subject to settlement of any outstanding dues, pending disputes, or regulatory hold requirements. We may retain data for the period mandated by law (minimum 5 years under PMLA) even after account closure.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our services, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory direction
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
  • You provide false information during registration or KYC
  • Continued operation of your account poses a risk to our platform or other users

Upon termination, your licence to use our platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including IP rights, liability limitations, governing law, and indemnification) shall continue in full force.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we do:

  • The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
  • For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will notify you via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on our platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
  • For minor changes (corrections, clarifications) — the revised Terms are effective upon posting with the updated date.

Dispute Resolution

  • Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact our support team first. Most disputes are resolved within 15 business days.
  • Step 2 — RBI Ombudsman: If unresolved, you may escalate to the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme (cms.rbi.org.in).
  • Step 3 — Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall be conducted in English and seated in India.
  • Step 4 — Courts: Either party may seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief before courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
Jurisdiction: Subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
