Whom to sell?

4. The customer's phone number should be linked to their Aadhaar Card & the customer should have a PAN card.
How it works?
1. Watch the training video.
2. Share the link with your network(friends/customers).
3. Customer will be redirected to the DBS application.
4. Download application, enter name, mobile number, email id, and PIN code and select your city.
5. Enter the OTP received on mobile number.
6. Enter basic details.
7. Add nominee details.
8. Enter official details.
9. The savings account details are shown on the screen. Confirm & proceed.
10. Click on KYC & allow location and camera access.
11. Show the original PAN card and signature during VKYС.
12. After some time the customer will receive their customer id and account number by a message from DBS Bank..
13. Post the successful account opening, your income will get credited to your linked bank account during the payout cycle.
Terms & Conditions

6. The entire account opening process should be completed in one go.
DOs
1. Complete the process in a single journey, if required, resume the journey using the link from the "my customer" section.
2. Check pincodes availability.
3. Customers should keep a blank paper and PAN card handy while doing video KYC.
4. Customers should not have any existing account with the brand or had previously applied for the same.
5. Inform customers of the product features and how to use the account.
DON'TS
1. Don't make false promises like loan, credit card offer to the customer.
2. Don't use your phone or laptop for opening the customer's account.
3. Never login to a customer account on your phone or device.
4. Avoid any mismatches between PAN and Aadhaar Card.
5. Multiple accounts are not allowed from the same device/number/email ID/PAN/Aadhaar.
6. There should be no background noise while doing the video KYC process.
7. Paying money or offering incentives for account opening to customers is not allowed.
