How it works?
1. Watch the training Video
2. Share the link of Bharat Pe Credit Line on UPI link with an eligible customer.
3. Customer enters mobile number and completes OTP verification.
4. Customer provides PAN and basic personal details (as prompted).
5. Bureau check runs and eligibility is evaluated based on guardrails.
6. If eligible, customer then get redirected to Download the Bharat Pe Application for credit line setup
7. Customer Launches UPI app and enter the app login/Signup credentials
8. Customer select the option "Add Credit Line/Link Credit Line
9. Basic check and information to be provided by customer.
10. Customer completes KYC / verification steps (as prompted)..
11. Customer sets up required consent/mandate (if applicable).
12. Credit line gets activated and is enabled for UPI usage.
Once the line is activated, you will be eligible for the Payout.
Terms & Conditions
DOs
Sell only to customers who meet the Criteria.
Ensure customer uses their own mobile number and completes the journey on their own device.
Ask customer to keep PAN and bank/UPI details ready for smooth onboarding.
Explain that approval and limit are profile-based and may vary per customer.
Follow up until the setup is completed.
DON'TS
Don't promise guaranteed approval, fixed credit limit, or assured activation timeline.
Don't enter incorrect customer details or use your own number for customer onboarding.
Don't ask for OTP or collect customer credentials.
Don't misrepresent charges, interest, or repayment terms-customer must verify in journey.
ETIQUETTES
Introduce yourself as a GroMo Partner (not Bharat Pe employee).
Take explicit customer consent before starting the process.
Call only between 9:30 AM-7:00 PM.
Keep communication professional and limited to business.
Never argue; close politely if customer is not interested.
Thank the customer for their time.
Other T&Cs
Approval/limit/charges depend on customer eligibility and lender policy.
Any fraud, mis-selling, or incorrect data may lead to payout reversal and account action.
Customer must repay on time to avoid penalties and negative credit impact.
