Whom to sell?

How it works?

1. Watch the training video and share the link with eligible customers in your network.

2. The customer will be redirected to your personalized page, where they will have to fill in their basic details.

3. Post this, the customer will get redirected to the official website of InCred Finance.

4. Enter mobile number and PAN.

5. Enter OTP and give consent to fetch the credit report

6. Enter basic details like date of birth, pincode, net monthly income, current residence type, marital status, and purpose of loan.

7. Select employment type and gender.

8. An offer screen would be shown on the web with tentative offers for the customer.

9. The customer will then be redirected to Incred website or have to download the app to accept the offer and move ahead.

10. For an Instant Incred Personal loan (3 months of Bank Statement is required with salary credits for approval)

(a) Capture a selfie, fill in the current address, and complete the KYC process.

(b) The loan agreement will be shown on the screen.

(c) Enter bank account details. ₹1 will be credited to the bank account for verification.

(d) Set up auto repayment via eNACH, which can be completed using a debit card or net banking.

11. For Self-Identification:

(a) Capture a selfie, fill in the current address, and complete the KYC process.

The loan agreement will be shown on the screen.

(b) Income Verification step: Upload bank statements of last 3 months

(c) Enter bank account details. ₹1 will be credited to the bank account for verification.

12. Customers have to complete KYC and CKYC through the below ways:

(a) Kyc Via Aadhar OTP

(b) KYC Via DigiLocker

(c) Offline Aadhar Upload

13. Customers have to verify residence by uploading pictures of their home digitally where they live.

14. The customer has to verify his employment by providing his work email.

15. A valid reference should be provided to avoid rejections.

16. At last, the loan agreement is duly signed through digital Aadhar OTP verifications.

Terms & Conditions

1. Only salaried Employees can avail the Incred personal loan.

2. The Incred Personal loan is not available for New to credit (Credit Score-1) customers.

3. September Offer: If total loan disbursement by a Partner in the month is above 4. Lakh, then the payout

will be 4.5% of the disbursed loan amount.

4. Extra 1.25% payout will be released to the eligible Partners by 10th October.
DOS

1. Share "Best Loan Offer" link with customers to find their loan eligibility.

2. Follow up with customers to complete KYC and upload required documents.

3. For app based loans, complete the process on the customer's device by using your shared link only.

4. Select "Self Employed category, if the customer does not receive salary in a bank account.

5. Check the pincode according to the customer's Current Address proof.

6. Use the "My Customer' section to check loan status and remind them to complete the process.

7. Customer details (PAN, phone number, etc) on lender's application should be same.

DON'TS

1. Don't provide any incorrect/false information like customer name, address, mobile number, PAN in the loan application.

2. Don't edit or modify any documents for the loan application.

3. Identify yourself as Partner and not brand/company employee/agent

4. Never promise loan amount, interest rate or processing fee upfront to the customers. The customer should always verify all the details on the brand's page or application.

ETIQUETTES

1. Identify yourself as a Partner talking on behalf of the lender.

2. Request customer's permission to proceed with the call. If denied permission, apologize and politely disconnect.

3. Contact customers only during the office hours between 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

4. Don't argue or misbehave with the customer.

5. Always keep the conversation limited to business matters.

6. Always thank the customer for his/her time.

Other T&Cs

1. Partner should always strictly comply with all the applicable laws, rules, regulations and government guidelines.

2. If the partner suppresses any information or gets involved in any fraudulent activity, then they will be liable for the losses and their account and earnings shall be blocked/freezed.

3. Partner should not accept any payment or give any incentive to the customer.

4. Partner is expected not to make false promises, or provide wrong and misleading information to the customer; if done so, they shall be held responsible for any claim arising due to it

5. Partner is expected not to indulge in any malpractices including but not limited to sharing his ID with others, sub contracting his work, using his own number instead of customer's, not taking consent of customer while processing application, mis-selling and not clearly explaining the details of loan being offered.

6. In case, 1st 3 EMIs are not recovered from the customer, the payout shall be recovered, and your account might be blocked.
