How it works?

4. Customers will be redirected to the official website of Moneyview.
5. Download the app, register and apply for a loan..
6. Enter and verify mobile number.
7. Enter basic details.
8. Loan amount as per the customer's eligibility will be displayed on the screen along with other details like tenure, monthly EMI and monthly interest.
9. Fill employment details.
10. Choose KYC options (Aadhaar-based KYC for better chances).
11. Upload a photo (which will be used in the loan agreement) to complete the KYC process
12. Enable EMI Auto-Debit (NACH)
13. Next steps involve final review, loan agreement, and disbursement.
Terms & Conditions
1. In case of any mis-selling, wrong info promised to the customer, the agent will be liable for all the penalty imposed by the brand and the loan amount dispersed.
2. Documents required:
- Identity Proof: Aadhaar and PAN
- Address Proof

3. Salary mode should be Bank Transfer, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or UPI. (Cash or Cheque transfer is not accepted)
DOS
1. Share "Best Loan Offer" link with customers to find their loan eligibility.
2. Follow up with customers to complete KYC and upload required documents.
3. For app based loans, complete the process on the customer's device by using your shared link only.
4. Select "Self Employed category, if the customer does not receive salary in a bank account.
5. Check the pincode according to the customer's Current Address proof.
6. Use the "My Customer section to check loan status and remind them to complete the process.
7. Customer details (PAN, phone number, etc) on lender's application should be same.
DON'TS
1. Don't provide any incorrect/false information like customer name, address, mobile number, PAN in the loan application.
2. Don't edit or modify any documents for the loan application.
3. Identify yourself as Partner and not brand/company employee/agent.
4. Never promise loan amount, interest rate or processing fee upfront to the customers. The customer should always verify all the details on the brand's page or application.
ETIQUETTES
1. Identify yourself as a Partner talking on behalf of the lender.
2. Request customer's permission to proceed with the call. If denied permission, apologize and politely disconnect.
3. Contact customers only during the office hours between 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
4. Don't argue or misbehave with the customer.
5. Always keep the conversation limited to business matters.
6. Always thank the customer for his/her time.
Other T&Cs
1. Partner should always strictly comply with all the applicable laws, rules, regulations and government guidelines.
2. If the partner suppresses any information or gets involved in any fraudulent activity, then they will be liable for the losses and their account and earnings shall be blocked/freezed.
3. Partner should not accept any payment or give any incentive to the customer.
4. Partner is expected not to make false promises, or provide wrong and misleading information to the customer; if done so, they shall be held responsible for any claim arising due to it.
5. Partner is expected not to indulge in any malpractices including but not limited to sharing his ID with others, sub contracting his work, using his own number instead of customer's, not taking consent of customer while processing application, mis-selling and not clearly explaining the details of loan being offered.
6. In case, 1st 3 EMIs are not recovered from the customer, the payout shall be recovered, and your account might be blocked.
