How it works?

1. Watch the training video and share the link with eligible customers in your network.

2. The customer needs to enter and verify their mobile number using OTP which should be linked to their Aadhaar and PAN

3. The customer needs to fill in basic details according to the PAN Card

4. Then they need to fill personal and professional details, after which they will be shown the recommended products as per their eligibility

5. Select My Money Bazaar Personal Loan and proceed to complete the application process.

6. If customer is not eligible for My Money Bazaar Personal Loan, they can choose any other product from the recommendations

7. After choosing My Money Bazaar Personal Loan

8. Share the My Money Bazaar link with eligible customers.

9. Customer opens the My Money Bazaar link/website and enters mobile number and completes OTP verification.

10. Customer proceeds to start the loan application (Apply Now).

11. Customer fills basic profile details (name, DOB, address, employment type, income).

12. Customer submits PAN and completes basic eligibility check.

13. Customer uploads/authorizes required verification (as prompted in the flow).

14. Customer selects the available loan offer (loan amount + tenure/repayment plan).

15. Customer adds bank account details for disbursal.

16. Customer completes KYC/verification steps (as shown in the journey),

17. Customer sets up repayment method (mandate/eNACH if prompted).

18. Customer accepts the final offer and completes digital consent/e-sign (if required).

19. Loan gets approved and amount is disbursed to customer's bank account.
