Whom to sell?

1. Individuals of age 25+ years

5. Customers with Valid Aadhaar & PAN cards. Details should match in Aadhar and PAN, otherwise not eligible for Digital account opening.

6. Mobile number should be registered with PAN and Aadhaar.

How it works?

1. Watch the training video

2. Share the link with everyone in your network(friends/customers)

3. A customer clicks on the shared link, redirects to playstore to download the Equitas Small Finance Bank website app.

4. Select "I wish to open a Selfie Account click Selfie Savings.

5. Customer need to select "NO" in "Are you a PEP or a related to a PEP.

6. Enter mobile number receive OTP validate OTP.

7. Enter PAN & Aadhaar number → Aadhaar OTP validation give consent.

8. Fill personal details (email, parents' name, marital status, occupation).

9. Confirm/edit address (Aadhaar auto-fetched).

10. Upload live selfie → system validates with Aadhaar photo.

11. Complete Video KYC with officer (PAN check, liveliness, declaration).

12. Enter nominee details → choose account type, debit card, branch.

13. Fund account with minimum balance via UPI/NetBanking/Debit Card.

14. Account created receive account number, IFSC, login credentials debit card dispatched (if opted).

Terms & Conditions

KPI: On account open+VKYC

1. The customer's Phone number should be linked with Aadhaar Card.

2. The customer should be between 25-55 years of age and a resident of India.

3. Applicable only for new users. Users with existing Equitas or NiyoX account are not eligible for commissions.

4. Video KYC is mandatory for account opening. Customer will have the option to do a LIVE video KYC with bank executive to complete their KYC process only during 1:00 AM - 11:59pm except national holidays.

5. Bank will call the customers and not interested, not signed up, call disconnected, call not received cases will not be paid

6. Only one account to be opened with the same mobile number.

7. One account per device, Attribution will not be paid if there are multiple accounts opened from the same device.

8. The entire account opening process should be completed in one go.

DOs

1. Complete the process in a single journey, if required, resume the joumey using the link from the "my customer section.

2. Check pincodes availability.

3. Customers should keep a blank paper and PAN card handy while doing video KYC.

4. Customers should not have any existing account with the brand or had previously applied for the same.

5. Inform customers of the product features and how to use the account.

DON'TS

1. Don't make false promises like loan, credit card offer to the customer.

2. Don't use your phone or laptop for opening the customer's account,

3. Never login to a customer account on your phone or device.

4. Avoid any mismatches between PAN and Aadhaar Card.

5. Multiple accounts are not allowed from the same device/number/email ID/PAN/Aadhaar.

6. There should be no background noise while doing the video KYC process.

7. Paying money or offering incentives for account opening to customers is not allowed.
